It is formulated in accordance with personal data protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to help you understand the nature of the information we collect from you and how this data will be treated and processed by ASTERI.

This Policy applies to all websites and services offered by ASTERI (herein referred to as “we”, “us” and “ours”) (the “Services”).

We may also preserve, use, share, or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary protect the safety of any person, protect the safety or integrity of our platform, including to help prevent spam, abuse, or malicious actors on our services, or to explain why we have removed content or accounts from our services.

We may share information amongst our affiliates and our business partners to provide our products and services.


·        As a result of a change in ownership:

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. We may share, sell, or transfer information about you in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy. This Policy will apply to your personal information that is shared with (before and after the close of any transaction) or transferred to the new entity.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared with third-parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.


How long do we keep your Personal Information?

The data we collect is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship between us, for as long as it is necessary, according to defined retention period of 180 days after the user disables the account to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as described in this Policy, and for satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements.

 When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we cannot identify you.

We may retain your Personal Information for longer than the defined retention periods, whenever required by law or by a competent judicial body.

We are devoted to provide the highest level of cyber security measures and practices in order to keep your Personal Information secure. This includes, but is not limited to:

However, we will not be held responsible for any Personal Information accessed through the unauthorized use of your device(s) by any third party.
