Yes, and Asteri makes a great gift! Before confirming your order, select the gift box option at checkout and your order will be sent in a gift box. Please note that this is only possible for the entire order, and not for individual products.
Shipping within Saudi Arabia is free of cost. Shipping costs for export orders will be visible at the checkout and are dependent on the destination country, and the order amount. See below for a guide to our shipping countries and costs.
For international customers outside Saudi Arabia, taxes and customs apply and these will vary depending on the country you are shipping to and its jurisdiction. All costs will be visible at the checkout, but please be aware that additional charges may apply based on the customs and regulations in the country of delivery.

The Wish List is the perfect place to save your favorite products for the future. Simply set up an account, click the heart on a product’s page to add it to your Wish List, and come back later. Just remember that adding a product to your Wish List doesn’t mean that it’s reserved for you, and its price might change in the future.
Any product added to your bag and not purchased will be removed from the bag after 28 hours. We’ll send you an email reminder before that, and recommend moving it to your Wish List if you need more time to think about it.

Shipping and Returns
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll usually receive it within 2-5 working days. Same day delivery in Riyadh for orders before 12PM. Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the journey of your delivery.
We can only offer an exchange or return if a product has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Any item that has been opened or used will not be accepted. If you receive a product you didn’t order, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to fix it.
Your purchase will be refunded via the original payment method. If you paid with an Asteri Gift Card, you will receive a new Asteri Gift Card with the amount of the purchase. How long a refund takes varies from bank to bank.

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free.
We’re working hard to make our packaging as responsible as possible. The majority of the plastic we use is either recycled or recyclable, all our paper is FSC certified, and our lipstick and brow pencil are refillable, with more refillable makeup to come.
We have chosen our ingredients with great care. We don't use ingredients that are known skin irritants or that contaminate the environment. Our black list contains the list of ingredients that we avoid including mineral oil, microplastics, talc, metals, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, known carcinogens, carbon black and many more. Match My Makeup
Match My Makeup is a tool that helps you find your foundation and concealer color using advanced technology.
You can use Match My Makeup from the link at the bottom of the website. When you select a product, you’ll also find an option in the product description section to find your shade. It compares and predicts the shade that’ll suit you best. Simply answer a set of questions to see the recommended result. It also allows you to select the current brand that you are using and you could enter the brand name and details for the tool to suggest similar ones from Asteri.
